Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

1) Right of withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to cancel their order, within 14 days of receiving their goods, even if the goods aren’t faulty. Please note: This applies only to items from stock as the products ordered from the manufacturer are goods made to order.
  • The written confirmation is required re the return, this can be accepted in a form of an email. Upon receiving this information, a withdrawal form will be sent to you which you will need to fill and return to us. The unused goods need to be returned back within 14 days of informing us. The consumer has the right of withdrawal without penalty, the only charges for the consumer are those relating to the return shipment and the ones related to the first shipment.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation, but refund can be delayed if we haven't received the goods.
  • These rules apply just to private consumers and cannot in any way apply to Companies/Entrepreneurs. Damaged or with the sign of usage products can not be refunded.


2) Complaints and returns

  • The Buyer will have to demonstrate a willingness to replace a product considered to be non-complaint according to the following:
  • the Buyer who believes to have received a product that does not conform to the technical specifications on the site is required to communicate such determination within a period not exceeding seven (7) working days from the receipt of goods.                                 - Invoice and order number;

                                - The product(s) to be replaced;

                                - Detailed description of the problem and/or non-compliances, together with some photos.

  • The goods must be kept in the original packaging and must be delivered not later than 14 days after their receipt to the courier chosen by the consumer at his/her expense. An expert will assess the veracity of the claim upon receipt of the product(s):
  • In case of confirmation of non-conformity, the product will be replaced, whereas the lead time will depend on the products' availability, at no additional cost; In case the product being compliant to the technical specifications, it will be returned to the Buyer within thirty (30) working days, provided that payment for the shipping charges has been received.
